Quality Management System

DMP Service has developed and implemented a Quality Management System certified in meeting the International Organization of Standards since 2005, currently to ISO 9001:2008.

Our equipment and quality inspection systems assure precise measurements to stringent tolerances. The process qualification standards are designed to meet customer requirements from a wide range of industries. We can provide a complete PPAP for any part.

DMP Service uses modern non-contact inspection systems and sophisticated quality software to record results and provides SPC data. Our automated equipment is able to measure both internal and external features. In addition to checks by inspection equipment, every part is visually inspected before shipment as a final check to ensure that every part leaves our facility perfect.

Documentation is required for everything from calibration of measuring tools, employee performance and machine setup, to SPC processing.

Through preventative actions and inspections such as Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), we continue to improve our internal measurements of quality. DMP Service is always implementing Lean Six Sigma projects in our factory to further increase our productivity, reduce waste and optimize prices.
